In-Mold technology:
This construction combines a resistant polycarbonate outer shell of the helmet with a shock-absorbing foam lining. The fusion allows better ventilation systems to form, so In-Mold helmets are lighter and cool better than conventional ones.

Wind Tunnel:
Wind Tunnel ventilation is Giro's proprietary system of internal ducts and active vents that channel cool, fresh air over and around your head, forcing out exhausting heat and stale air. A difference you can see and feel-on every ride.

Roll Cage:
The Roll Cage is a reinforcement of extra shock-resistant nylon moulded into the helmet's EPS foam insert. It grants an extra measure of strength and security that you will only notice when you need it.

P.O.V Visor:
The Point-Of-View visors are held in place by a patented internal clutch that allows vertical adjustment uM15 degrees and keeps the visor from rattling or coming loose on uneven trails.

Roc Loc 5:
Giro's latest retention system offers breakthrough technology in its smallest form. Adjusting the precise fit tension and vertical position has never been easier or more convenient. Simply turn the adjustment dial when you want a firmer grip on uneven terrain. And simply release the tension with a click for a relaxed ride on the flat or a sweaty climb.
