DH World Cup courses today are steep technical monsters with constantly

changing conditions. Our pros needed a

mid-spike tyre for this, one that could handle dry, loose and rutted

curves as well as a bit of mud. The Shorty

is such a tyre! A large volume two-ply carcass makes it

more versatile than our WetScream mud tyre. Large, high and

slightly staggered side lugs penetrate loose soil and ensure

predictable rounding of corners at the speed of light.

In the middle, two lug types alternate: Rectangular lugs

and square lugs, with strong bite under braking and

excellent self-cleaning.
